ALEXIS HATCHER

Alexis is a MG & YA author who first fell in love with writing at eight-years-old. Her childhood bookcases are stuffed with journals full of magic and mystical creatures, inspired by favorites like The Hero and the Crown and Inkheart. Alexis has a soft spot for fantasy, fairytales, and strong female characters.

Alexis works at an education technology company based in Boston, MA. When she’s not writing or reading, she’s often running, though much more slowly than when she competed at her university in upstate New York. She loves hiking and traveling with her husband and rowdy pooch, Walter.
